Training and Workshops
One, two and three day staff development in Peer Coaching and mentoring. Peer Coaching is a custom-designed course for self-selected pairs in the work setting, who want to enhance perfomance on the job. Employees, middle-managers, and supervisors learn how to:
- develop leadership communication and coaching skills
- effectively present performance evaluations to create ownership of the results
- work collaboratively with a partner or team to enhance work performance
