Adair is president of Quantum Coaching, a business that offers consulting and coaching services to individuals, educators and businesses. She, along with her coaching partner and colleague, Robin Levien, is the co-author of two coaching books. She has been an educator, mentor, and coach for over 30 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education (Shippensburg University), a master's degree in liberal arts, and certifications in educational administration (McDaniel College), Neuro-linguistic programming and hypnosis, (Bennett-Stellar University).

Having worked with thousands of students, teachers, administrators, clients and audiences of all ages, in a variety of settings, her experiences in coaching, training, and teaching continue to focus on empowering others to find their inner wisdom. She helps clients re-pattern their thinking through unique dialogue that focuses on problem solving and moving toward the realization of their dreams. Her workshops include : Peer Coaching -Expanding Your World Through Reflective Practice, and, with Robin Levien, Co-Life Coaching – Learn how to coach friends, co-workers and loved ones to dream big, set goals and make them reality.
